1. Starkville
2. Living in the Cotton District
3. Living in the same city as my friends
4. Living with my friends
5. Did I mention my best friends??
I NEVER thought I would say this, but since I have moved home I am beginning to appreciate the tiny town of Starkville a little bit more than I used to. Granted, Starkville is very small but I really do miss so much of it.
Well, I arrived in Starkville on Thursday night and had dinner with my roommate from last year. I then met up with my friends and headed out for a night on the town. I woke up the next morning and went to lunch with my roommate from two years ago, and then went to Bulldog Bash later that night. Saturday, I proceeded to tailgate in the junction all afternoon and went out with friends Saturday night. This morning I woke up, had lunch with some friends and headed back to Meridian.
Needless to say, I did not go into the game; however, it was an awesome game. I just wish that the outcome had been a bit better!
All in all, this weekend was amazing and I hope that there are many more to come in the future. Being back in the sorority house for three nights made me feel as if I lived there again. Did I mention that the room I lived in my sophomore year is the room that my sister has now? She picked the room not knowing that was the exact room that I had! Being back in the house brought back soo many fun memories!
I NEVER thought I would say this, but sometimes...I wish I were still in college..minus the studying of course :)
