Doing the lobster dance..

And it's just not much fun!!
Yes, I will admit that I am not a sunscreen advocate.
As good as I know it is, it just feels so icky and takes entirely too long to get off!
A few years ago, I got into a very bad habit of only wearing sunscreen while at the beach, I mean who needs it in AL or MS anyways?! Ha.
My best theory to date is that there is just no way to get sun on a cloudy day.
Theory proven wrong again.
Lets just say I'm in pain and lots of it. Just thankful I only got sunburned on my back and the back of my legs. At least it's not the face this time! But I will admit that I'm aching. Walking just hurts.
Two summers ago my cousin got married and I thought it was a great idea to layout for hours the week before the wedding with no sunscreen. A third degree sunburn on my forehead and one swollen face later, I learned a little lesson. From now on, I always wear sunscreen on my forehead. Guess I should just lather up next time I take a trip to visit the sun.
