I've become quite the savvy internet shopper here lately.

I absolutely hate getting e-mails about sales but recently I've signed up for one or two and let me tell you...some of these deals are steals! It's totally worth that extra junk mail that you have to delete!!

Updates and Such

I''m pretty sure that I could win an award for procrastination.

I've been putting off an Income Tax Return project for oh about 3 weeks now, and what am I sitting at home doing you ask?

Trying to put together Christmas cards..priorities people!

I love Christmas cards, I love getting them and receiving them, but only the photo Christmas cards that is.

Considering my little family consists of Sophie and I, well..I don't really care to send out just a photo of myself (I mean, how awkward?)! You see, my favorite card has 3 photo slots and that can't be changed.  So, I'm trying to decide..lots of photos w/friends and Soph w/a different card layout, or my favorite layout w/ 3 photos of Sophie?

I swore I would never be the crazy Christmas card lady that sends photos of her dog...never say never :)

Onto another subject...

I wish that I could count the number of calls and statuses that I have seen concerning the weather in Mississippi.  Have I ever mentioned just how terrified I am of bad weather?!  It's in the 40's here and we're supposedly expecting tornadoes?! How wild is this!!  I mean, I guess I did go swimming Thanksgiving day!

Apparently, it's pretty rough, power is out and all.  

Here's to hoping we make it through the night!

A cruise ship captain I would be..

or at least that's what I've felt like here lately!

My car had to be serviced so while it is in Meridian, I'm driving another vehicle for the time being...and boy oh boy, I'm ready to get mine back!! I've felt as if I'm directing a cruise ship this other one is so big and so...different! I mean at least I have one to drive, right?! 

I'm beginning to feel as if rush hour traffic here is just a real life version of Mario Kart..

The Arkansas Vons arrived in Meridian for Turkey Day and I think I can smell my Rockin' Aunt Jill's dressing one hundred miles away!! Oh what I would give to be in Mississippi with my extended family, my sweet Sophie, and my car!! Eighteen hours and counting..

Houston, we have a problem..

What a busy week it was..

Last week I stopped by Dawson to see old friends, it was so good to see everyone!! What a blessing they have been/and still continue to be in my life!! I had dinner with my co-workers one night, and dinner w/Laura another. It was so good getting to catch up! Trying to enjoy the last little bit of the year..where has it gone?!

Income Tax test tomorrow, Thanksgiving Wednesday night, Income Tax Project, a trip to Dallas, and final exams..don't know how much more I can fit in :)

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend..now if only to make it through Wednesday!!
